It's a Food Party and You're Invited
Trinity Dining Program hosts a grand opening on September 14

The start of the fall semester was marked by a resurgence of community, with students returning and faculty and staff coming together to enjoy many of the new dining venues, as well as some of our old favorites such as Starbucks. One of the most popular new concepts is Taste of San Antonio, located in Coates Student Center, which features local restaurants such as Alamo Biscuit Company, Ming’s, and Singhs Vietnamese.

Many of you witnessed the changes that took place this summer as the university transitioned dining suppliers. Now that the new Trinity Dining Program is operational, it’s time to celebrate with a grand opening event. Please join the dining team at Mabee Dining Hall on Thursday, September 14, starting at 2 p.m. This event will give you the opportunity to check out the dining hall in person while enjoying a late lunch or early dinner. The team doesn't want to spoil the surprises being cooked up, but we have heard there will be French toast churros, ice cream sundaes, a nacho bar, sushi, and pizza. As always, faculty and staff can dine in Mabee for the discounted rate of $6.50 (plus tax). Hope to see you there!
